Andrew Ridgway holds a First Class Honours MEng in Aviation Engineering from Brunel University (2017). His career spans engineering roles at Rolls-Royce, Intertek, and Airbus, where he gained skills in teamwork, analytics, and project management. Shifting to sales, Andrew worked at Protect Group, where he became Regional Head of Airlines, honing his adaptability, commercial awareness, and communication skills. His experience in the blockchain industry further strengthened his business acumen, particularly in business development and partnerships. At Galetti, Andrew is driven to excel while prioritizing the company’s and team’s success. Known for his integrity, research-driven approach, and negotiation skills, he builds strong client relationships. Outside of work, Andrew enjoys technology, finance, outdoor activities, football, and F1.
