Dean, with his Bsc Comp degree, started selling land parcels in the UK. He join Galetti in 2009 as an East Rand broker. He Co-founded new New Vantage property in 2015 before it was later sold to Galetti in 2022. Dean has closed deals with RTT, Invicta, AVI and RCL. Some noteworthy deals include the sale of the 190mil Fresenius medical care facility and a 20 000 sqm deal with SITC logistics.
