Description of role:

  1. New Business Development by means of canvassing and networking
  2. Constant and proactive mining of a large and constantly updated leads database.
  3. Arrange viewings with Landlords and prospective Tenants Integrating your day-to-day role with the Advisory Team & Auction Team to streamline the interaction between the divisions
  4. Updating of internal CRM system
  5. Updating online platforms when marketing any stock
  6. Timeously communicate with prospective clients that have made inquiries
  7. Conduct and manage the interaction between the parties of a transaction with integrity and professionalism in order to establish a successful outcome and to maintain good relationships
  8. Draft and complete legal documents
  9. Be regarded as an area specialist broker which includes growing and maintaining relationships with the respective landlords and tenants within the given area
  10. Manage and control a lease expiry database within your team to ensure that you are the first point of contact
  11. Adhere to and remain inquisitive about industry best practices
  12. Remain knowledgeable about property values and valuations within your area

  4. Advertise properties through a variety of marketing techniques
  5. Appraise the value of properties by thoroughly researching the market or past purchases
  6. Internal CRM Update
  7. Draft and complete legal documents
  8. Integrating your day-to-day role to streamline the interaction between Broking and Advisory divisions
  9. Conduct the interaction between the parties to a transaction with integrity and professionalism in order to establish a successful outcome and maintain good relations between all parties
  10. Remain knowledgeable about the market and best practice
