We act for the client to advise on a project basis whether that be establishing a. development team, advising on IFRS regulations impacting the clients financial statements or how to consolidate or re-stack sites.

Transactional execution

We carry out a transaction or series of transactions for the client from beginning to end. From establishing the initial requirements to creating the strategy and through to final execution of the transaction we are able to deliver and end to end service

Our systems map and track the cashflows of a client’s portfolio of leased and owned properties as well as giving us real time up to the minute updated transaction comparables and vacancies.

Project & Facilities Management

We have partnered with the best in class PM and FM companies in South Africa to be able to deliver the bricks and mortar expertise often required by our clients. Site audits, environmental surveys as well as actual construction is coupled under this service line.
