Originally a help desk support technician at Billiton, Alistair gained valuable experience and a firm footing in the use of policies and procedures. He then spent 3 years developing several web-based ERP applications for various clients, one of which was Galetti. In 2010, Alistair began consulting for Galetti and developing Tracker, an internal management system, and later joined as IT Director in 2012. He is responsible for making sure that there are constant uptime and access to information by applying the latest technologies and services available. He is currently completing a new and improved version which is due to launch mid-2020.
