From the outset, Regardt and John negotiated very professionally to construct a deal which was fair to both the seller and purchaser. They bent backwards and even took a substantial cut on their commission to “make the deal work.” They also went the extra mile to help Crystal Properties (the purchaser) to acquire financing and a bond from Nedbank for the purchase to such an extent that we did not need a Bond Originator to get the funding in place. They were also very helpful with the transfer of all five properties which were purchased in the portfolio. This was quite a large deal, and they assisted all the way to negotiating the deal, financing and transfer.
