From the outset, Regardt and John negotiated very professionally to construct a deal which was fair to both the seller and purchaser. They bent backwards and even took a substantial cut on their commission to “make the deal work.” They also went the extra mile to help Crystal Properties (the purchaser) to acquire financing and a bond from Nedbank for the purchase to such an extent that we did not need a Bond Originator to get the funding in place. They were also very helpful with the transfer of all five properties which were purchased in the portfolio. This was quite a large deal, and they assisted all the way to negotiating the deal, financing and transfer. We really appreciate their assistance and professionalism in all their dealings with Crystal Properties. We will definitely recommend Galetti to any clients wishing to sell or buy properties.
