Raised in a construction-driven home, Dian Theron developed a passion for property development from an early age. At 15, he co-founded his own property development company, gaining hands-on experience in deal-making, project execution, and people management.
Ambitious and highly disciplined, he excels at identifying opportunities and closing deals, with a keen eye for a property’s full potential. Currently pursuing a BSc in Construction Management, Dian is expanding his technical expertise to complement his industry experience, driving his vision for impactful, value-driven developments.
