Faraaz is a results-driven property professional with over six years of experience spanning construction project management, quantity surveying, and real estate sales. A Cum Laude graduate in Quantity Surveying from the Durban University of Technology.
Faraaz has delivered over R1 billion in construction projects, including large-scale residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments across Durban and Umhlanga. He now applies this technical grounding to commercial and industrial property transactions, specialising in investment analysis, pricing strategy, and structuring successful deals for investors, developers, and asset managers.
