Ivan van der Merwe

Valuer

Ivan van der Merwe holds an Honours degree in BSc Property Studies from the University of Cape Town and is a registered Candidate Valuer with the South African Council for the Property Valuers Profession (SACPVP). Starting his career at DDP Valuers, Ivan gained two years of hands-on experience in property valuation, sharpening his analytical skills and understanding of property value.
He later joined Swindon Property, where he broadened his expertise in auctions, sales, and leasing, developing a versatile skill set in property negotiations and identifying opportunities. At Galetti, Ivan leverages his comprehensive property knowledge and attention to detail to excel in his role.
