Sales Operations Manager

Jessica is a driven professional with a BA Law degree from the University of Pretoria and an Honours degree in Psychology. Her further qualifications include a Class of Business certificate in Investments, her RE5 qualification and a certification in microblading. She has built a strong foundation in regulatory compliance, client service and operations through her experience at Investec, where she worked in Wealth & Investment as a stockbroking administrator. Alongside her corporate career, she runs a small microblading business, strengthening her skills in client relations and business management. Jessica brings an analytical, calm and solution-driven approach, with strong operational oversight, attention to detail and a people-centric leadership style.

Outside of work, Jessica loves music, going to the gym, spending time outside with her French Bulldog and exploring anything that lets her tap into both creativity and discipline.
