Lathi is a motivated and results-driven professional with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. He brings a well-rounded background that includes elite-level rugby, international exposure, financial services experience, and a BA in Integrated Organisational Communications.

He gained valuable professional experience as a short-term insurance consultant, where he developed a strong foundation in client service, risk assessment, communication, and problem-solving—skills that are highly transferable to the real estate sector. With strong resilience and a genuine passion for property, Lathi is eager to make a meaningful impact in commercial real estate and contribute through client engagement, deal execution, and long-term relationship building.

Outside of work, he enjoys playing and watching sports, hiking, exploring new food and drinks, and spending time at a good braai with classic games and a diverse group of people.
