Lindokuhle Khumalo is a Professional Associate Valuer with experience across property valuations, asset management, leasing and research. She holds a BCom in Finance and an Honours degree in Property Valuations and Management, and is currently pursuing a Master in Management in Investments and Finance (MMFI) at Wits Business School.

With a strong interest in the intersection of property, investment and strategy, Lindokuhle brings a commercially minded approach, strong technical expertise and a passion for delivering meaningful value within the property industry.

Outside of work and studying, Lindokuhle is very much a people person who enjoys creating memories with the people close to her. She enjoys travelling, discovering new places, trying new restaurants, fashion, cooking and capturing special moments.

She is naturally curious, ambitious and always looking for opportunities to learn something new. Her faith is also an important part of who she is and keeps her grounded as she navigates both her personal and professional journey.
