Massimo is currently completing a BCom in Financial Management. During his studies, he realised his strengths lie in building, scaling, and growing businesses, and chose to pursue a more commercial and performance-driven career path.

He began working in his family’s restaurant, Settebello, where he progressed from basic responsibilities to playing a key role in developing a new franchise concept, managing the process end-to-end, including financial modelling, site selection, and operational setup. He later founded a startup, which he exited profitably, before moving into corporate sales, where he developed strong skills in negotiation, revenue generation, and client engagement.

Massimo is naturally drawn to high-performance environments where results matter. At Galetti, he is focused on building a strong understanding of the commercial property market, with a particular interest in valuations, deal structuring, and the auction space. He enjoys networking, negotiating, and working closely with clients to structure solutions that lead to successful transactions.

Outside of work, Massimo is passionate about football and has played at a highly competitive level for most of his life. He also enjoys golf and tennis, and has a strong interest in politics, history, and economics. He has played piano for many years and completed formal composition and performance training at an advanced level.
