Simon has specialized in occupier services (globally and locally) for the last 9 years with a focus on strategy, transaction management, portfolio administration, and tenant representation.

Francois is a Co-Founder and Director of Galetti since 2006. He obtained NQF4 in property and studied a diploma in marketing from the IMM. With over 20 years of experience in all aspects of commercial property sales and sales management, asset management as well as financial and legal deal structuring and advisory, Francois is at the forefront of leading Galetti into more success.

Antoinette pursued her passion in real estate after achieving a Bcom in Entrepreneurial Management degree from the University of Johannesburg. She joined Galetti in 2012 in an administrative role and became an integral part of the company very early on. She quickly climbed the ladder and was appointed head of operations in 2016 which played a vital role in the company’s growth to-date. Ant was appointed Head of Leasing and Investment Services for Gauteng at the beginning of 2020 which was a strategic move to achieve the significant growth we have planned for this year. She brings incredible experience, knowledge, and drive to the Gauteng team and we can only imagine what she will achieve in this new role.

Wesley, who has played a significant role in the company since 2012, was appointed Western Cape Regional Head of Global Corporate Services in early 2019 and will be responsible for building the team across SA. Keke with her Honours in PR and marketing started her career in PR. She moved to Broll property as a commercial broker in 2005 where she excelled. She co-founded New Vantage property in 2015 which was later acquired by Galetti in 2022. Keke has closed deals with MTN, Nedbank, UNISA and RSR. A noteworthy deal is a 50 000sqm Cell C head office sale and the JD building sale worth 120mil.

Kyle completed his Bcom Law at the University of Witwatersrand, following that he joined Broll properties in 2008 as a broker where he stayed for 7 years. He co-founded and led New Vantage Properties from 2015 until their acquisition by Galetti in 2022. He has closed deals with Spar, DHL, Xylem, TakeAlot and Nightwing couriers. Some noteworthy deals include a 14 000 sqm transaction with Quality Beverages and a 100mil leaseback with Pinnacle Holdings.

Nick Barrow is a young and enthusiastic industrial property broker who has joined the Johannesburg Broking division at Galetti. Having joined Bidline Auctions in 2008 as a senior commercial broker, Guy has experience dealing with banks, institutions and property funds. He was later appointed as a Director and founding partner of Reliance Auctions in 2011, having assisted Aucor as an independent broker outsourcing commercial, industrial and retail property on their behalf. He then went on to join the High Street Auction Company as a senior executive in 2013, successfully negotiating and concluding property transactions, achieving sales that far surpassed expectations. Most recently though, Guy was headhunted by Galetti Corporate Real Estate to join them as the Joint MD of their auction division.
