Nick Barrow is a young and enthusiastic industrial property broker who has  joined the Johannesburg Broking division at Galetti. With experience across multiple industrial property companies and markets, he brings a strong understanding of the South African industrial property sector and a people-focused approach to client relationships.

He began his property career in Cape Town, specialising in the Maitland, Ndabeni, and Epping industrial nodes, before relocating to Johannesburg to further expand his experience within the Gauteng market. He holds an Honours degree in BSc Property Studies from the University of Cape Town, where he deepened his understanding of property markets, development fundamentals, and the future of industrial real estate in South Africa.

Through his experience as a property broker, Nick has developed valuable market knowledge alongside strong communication, relationship-building, leadership, creativity, and time management skills. Having worked with different companies and teams, he has gained exposure to various approaches within the industry while building meaningful insight into both the Western Cape and Gauteng industrial property markets.
