With over 20 years’ experience in the property industry, Rochelle brings a strong track record of leadership, operational excellence, and integrity. Her career spans key roles including Rental Property Practitioner, Rentals Manager and Sales Manager.

Currently leading the broking operations at Galetti, Rochelle focuses on driving performance, optimising processes, and developing high-performing teams. A certified NQF Level 4 and 5 Real Estate Practitioner, they are passionate about people development, continuous improvement, and fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and service excellence.
