Ryan comes from an entrepreneurial background and, while still in school in Bergvliet in the South of Cape Town, started a small Vespa resale business. This early venture provided valuable experience in sourcing quality stock, identifying value, and working directly with clients. Managing the business independently strengthened his confidence in communication and negotiation.

This foundation naturally led him to the property industry, where he thrives in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment. He enjoys building meaningful relationships and working closely with people. His key strength lies in sourcing opportunities and identifying value, supported by a highly personable, face-to-face communication style.

Outside of work, he leads an active lifestyle and can often be found surfing, playing volleyball, or exploring new environments. His energy and sociable nature carry through into his professional approach, enabling him to connect easily with clients and adapt across different settings.
