Before joining Galetti Corporate Real Estate, Tiisetso developed a broad commercial foundation spanning property finance, ESG-led development, and facilities operations. He coordinated and reported on sustainability initiatives with measurable cost savings, managed project workflows, and supported investment cases tied to renewable upgrades.
In his facilities and property management roles, Tiisetso applied this insight operationally—leading inspections for over 100 student and office units and ensuring full readiness ahead of intake deadlines while working with property management teams in HVAC, security, cleaning and maintenance. This dual exposure—at both asset and ground level—has shaped his reputation as someone who “hustles like a broker but thinks like an asset manager.”
His technical strength is grounded in consistent academic excellence. While earning his honours degree at Wits, he achieved distinctions in Real Estate Finance, Investment, and Management, as well as in Accounting Principles in Construction, Building Technology, and Property Mathematics. These accolades reflect his analytical edge, especially when advising clients on asset performance, risk, and financial strategy.
Tiisetso’s value lies in how he delivers: combining market intelligence, technical skills, and collaborative execution. He understands the numbers behind the building; and communicates with clarity and purpose. These experiences have taught him to connect data with delivery—whether it’s reducing costs or aligning with ESG goals.
His drive to lead began early: A+ in group public speaking, Gold award in Arts Week theatre, and Prefect at CBC Mount Edmund—testament to his leadership and communication strengths. Today, clients benefit from that same clarity, professionalism, and steady hand under pressure.

We act for the client to advise on a project basis whether that be establishing a development team, advising on IFRS regulations impacting the clients financial statements or how to consolidate or re-stack sites.
