With over seven years of experience across diverse industries and HR environments, Vanelda is a passionate and people-focused Human Resources professional with a strong interest in creating workplaces where both employees and businesses can thrive.

Vanelda’s HR journey began in an administrative role, where she quickly discovered her passion for working with people, solving problems and supporting organisations in creating positive employee experiences. Since then, she has progressed through HR administration and management roles, gaining broad experience across recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll, compliance, training and organisational development.

She holds a B.Com in Industrial Psychology and Labour Relations from North-West University, as well as an Honours Degree in Industrial and Organisational Psychology from UNISA. Her academic background has provided her with a strong understanding of people, workplace behaviour and business, while her practical experience has strengthened her ability to balance employee needs with organisational objectives.

Throughout her career, Vanelda has worked with a variety of organisations, teams and clients, developing an adaptable and solutions-focused approach to HR. She particularly enjoys the people side of the profession — understanding what motivates individuals, supporting managers through workplace challenges, developing talent and implementing HR processes that create meaningful value for both employees and the business.

She is passionate about creating positive employee experiences, building strong workplace relationships and helping people reach their potential. Her approach to HR is centred around being approachable, solutions-driven and genuinely invested in the people behind the organisation.
