Currently completing a part-time BCom in Accounting at the University ofJohannesburg, Wakeford began his career in residential real estate,where he developed a strong foundation in business development, clientrelationship management, negotiations, and market analysis. Hisgrowing interest in the intersection of finance, property, and business hasnaturally led him toward the commercial property sector. Driven by acuriosity for how businesses, capital, and real estate come together toshape cities and communities, Wakeford enjoys understanding market
trends, uncovering opportunities, and building meaningful professionalrelationships. His long-term ambition is to combine his backgrounds inaccounting and property to contribute to investment and developmentwithin South Africa’s built environment. Outside of work, Wakeford is anavid fitness enthusiast who aims to experience as many fitnessdisciplines and endurance events as possible.
