From Tech Entrepreneur to Auction Executive

Tim moved from Johannesburg to Cape Town and decided to make the shift, driven by the potential rewards and the fast-paced environment of auctions. Everything about auctions was new to him, from pricing and bidding to the structure of auction days. “I am still getting the hang of things, but every day I learn something new and grow more confident.”

Despite being new to the industry, Tim made impressive strides in his first few months. He signed his first mandate within four weeks and successfully sold a property at his first auction. His first deal in Cape Town was followed by another in Johannesburg, highlighting his versatility and willingness to tackle challenges beyond his immediate geography. Tim is currently sitting with a transaction value at over R12,350,000.
